The Texas College of Management and IT, along with Texas International College, dedicated four full days to a Professional Development Program (PDP), curated by the Research Learning and Development (RLD) department in partnership with LCCI. Both teaching and non-teaching staff participated intensively, focusing on enhancing communication skills collaboratively. The program sets the stage for future learning opportunities, continuing the journey of skill enhancement.
